Every Saturday evening, Dar Al-Muharraq, located near Dar Jinaa, will host live Fjiri music. Fans of Bahraini music will be treated to the different variations of this traditional art such as Bahri, Hadadi, and Makhloufi. The event series supports Dar Al-Muharraq’s mission to enrich the intangible heritage of Muharraq, especially as it lies on the Pearling Path, an open 3 kilometer-long museum due for completion in 2018 when the city will be that year’s Capital of Islamic Culture.
