“ 5 P.M AT Bab” Initiative Events, Music and Food Activities

Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities continues to present “ 5.00 P.M At Bab” activities and events aimed at attracting all residents and Bahrainis to enjoy their week-ends. On 8 November 2018 at 5:00pm “Food at Bab” event will be held in the heart of Bab Al-Bahrain, specifically in its front outdoor space (the market area) at 5:00pm.

The public will enjoy during the “Food at Bab” event that will cater to all preferences, from freshly-brewed coffee and tea to a variety of food from diverse cusinies. Therefore, the public is invited to prepare your taste buds for a feast by some of the Kingdom’s favorite start-up food and beverage businesses along with live music by a young Bahraini band (Mohamed Rashid & The Refiners).The participants in this pop-up market include: Feast, Five Degrees Artisan Ice Cream, The Griddle, The Little Black Caravan and Sweet Loco.

On 15 November, Bab –al- Bahrain will host “The Little Guide” workshop, which give children an opportunity to learn about the most significant archaeological sites of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Participants who would like to take part in this workshop are invited to register online via BACA’s official web site: www.culture.gov.bh Free admission.
Worth to mention that Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities organizes, in the heart of Bab Al-Bahrain, specifically in its front outdoor space (the market area), a weekly activity every Thursday at 5:00 pm, including various cultural activities from music to handicrafts, heritage, arts and food. This event is open to the public; all are invited to participate and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
