Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities continues to present its weekly cultural rendez-vous, “5.00 P.M At Bab” activities and events, which are  aimed at attracting all residents and Bahrainis to enjoy their week-ends. On 14 November 2019, at 5:00pm, Dar al Riffa al Ouda will perform a  traditional musical evening in Bab Al-Bahrain that brings us back to our local traditional folklore, taking the audience down memory lane. The live performance will continue until the end of  December 2019.

Dar Riffa Music Band, which is one of most famous traditional Bahraini folk music,  will play most gracefully a selection of popular well-known songs in Bahrain and the Gulf region, amid warmly appreciative and enthusiastic audience, appreciating the  beauty and  talent on display that night of the memorable intangible cultural heritage, that is  the   traditional music  heritage of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Worth to mention that“5.00 P.M At Bab” series of  activities and events offer an array of events that are in conformity with the dynamic environment of the place and its historical value, given that the history in Bahrain extends beyond the walls of the museums and into the sprawling maze of the streets of Old Town Manama. “ 5 PM At BAB” initiative  is open for all age categories because it offers a space for creativity in any art or skill, evenings of music, creative workshops and cultural tours etc.
