There is no doubt that Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities has already began to  implement its bright visionary endeavor regarding, the cultural digital sphere conquest,  providing a dynamic space for two-way engagement with heritage culture, aimed at providing a complementary experience to physical visits through a range of phenomena. Hence, BACA will rebroadcast its “TV Nostalgia” concert on its YouTube channel, on 2 April 2020 at 2:00 pm. The concert brings back some of the most joyous memories of refined Arabic and Bahraini music in particular.
The Bahrain Music Band was held during Eid Al Adha celebrations in 2019 as part of the 28th edition of Bahrain International Music Festival, in cooperation with the Egyptian embassy to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Maestro Khalifa Ziman and a number of musicians from Cairo Opera House in Egypt.
Sweet rhymes and music memorable rhythms will echo throughout the virtual sphere, making it an exceptional time travel experience, going back to songs of Bahrain old tv serials, such as “Niran”, “Hazawi al-dar”, “El Beit al Oud”, “Malfi al Ajaweed”, “Saadoon” , and other very famous Egyptian TV drama serial songs, such as “Layali Al-Helmiya” and “Raafat al Hajjan”.
In addition, Bahrain Culture Authority continues to carry out its work plan strategy, masterminding a visionary endeavor transforming the actual daily activities into virtual reality shows and events. In fact, Bahrain Culture Authority started as early as last week to implement this vision by offering an array of cultural and educational events via its educational portal and other websites on a daily basis. BACA’s e-content is widely versified ranging between exhibitions, world –class concerts, virtual visits to historical sites, museums, visitor centers and shows, documentary films, and interactive activities for the all ages public.
