Title: Why and how do we eat in Bahrain?

 

Dalal Alsherooqi is an artist and chef and perhaps she might even be called the ambassador of food in Bahrain.

Dalal will discuss an anthropological view of food and eating in Bahrain.

 

About Dalal:

A famous anthropologist and cookbook author. Her series of cook books called Al Waleema is one of the must popular in Bahrain. Dr Dalal recived her PhD in Food & Hospitality Management at Princeton University in USA. Dr Dalal had been cooking during 30 years when she decided to take a formal cookery course at one of the world’s most renowned establishments-Le Cordon Bleu in London. Furthermore, she presenting many food workshops for Bahrain’s TV channels as TV 55 and MBC.
