The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, in cooperation with itaViate and Sugo Restaurant, is pleased to announce a workshop entitled “A taste of Italy” on Saturday, May 21, 2022, in the Archaeologies of Green Pavilion, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
Through an interactive cooking experience, Chef Nicola Vincenzini, owner of Sugo Restaurant, conveys the authentic Italian flavor to the audience through the most famous Italian dishes, using olives available in the Archaeologies of Green Pavilion .
