Qawwali is a form of Sufi Islamic devotional singing that began with Moinuddin Chishti. In a workshop conducted by Nawaz Sabri, participants will learn about qawwali, its history and presence nowadays, with live demonstration to learn the basics of qawwali and the use of its musical instruments.
