H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities, expressed her satisfaction and gratitude for winning Customer Service Excellence Award for Customer Support via Tawasul during the 2018 Government Forum. H.E expressed obvious happiness and pride, while thanking greatly His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, for this noble gesture and generous support.

H.E added saying “ Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities is deploying strenuous efforts to communicate with the public on many levels; BACA has assigned a group of architects to contact and help owners of historical houses with any enquiries or demands they might have, given that the Culture Authority is working on annexing and restoring these heritage buildings. Indeed, landlords of these heritage buildings are notified routinely and in quick response with regards to their requests, comments and remarks”. H.E continued saying “ with regard events and culture activities, our social media team is charged with the mission of monitoring and taking into account the reactions and comments of the public regarding BACA’s organized culture events and activities, which are aimed to develop the culture scene in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities is keen to highlight and celebrate the diversity of culture and creativity through a well-though plan, encompassing multiple international cultures and civilization, pushing , thus, the limits of culture tourism and create a fervent vivid atmosphere in Bahrain”, H.E added.

H.E lauded BACA for the wonderful work to make culture a very efficient approach that could contribute towards peaceful coexistence, sense of beauty and love for all humans.
