Bahrain Authority Announces New Opening Hours, For Museums, archaeological and heritage sites in the Bahrain as per 1 April

Bahrain Culture & Antiquities Authority (BACA), Keen to keep the public updated about the latest cultural activities and events, has recently  announced the new  opening hours timings for museums, archeological and heritage sites in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Starting on the 1st of April, 2019.


- Bahrain National Museum: daily from 10 am to 6 pm (closed on Tuesdays)
- Bu Maher Fort Sea Tours: daily from 10:15 am to 4:30 pm (not available on Tuesdays)
- Bahrain Fort Site and Bahrain Fort Site Museum: daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
- Pearling Path  Visitor Center: Daily from 10 am to 6 pm (closed on Wednesdays)
- Post Museum (Manama): Daily from 9 am to 5 pm (Closed on Fridays)
- Arad Fort: Daily from 9 am to 5 pm. (Closed on Fridays)
- Shaikh Salman bin Ahmed Al-Fateh Fort "Riffa Fort": daily from 9 am to 5 pm. (Closed on Sundays)
- House of Shaikh  Isa bin Ali: daily from 9 am to 5 pm. (Closed on Fridays)
- Al Jasra House: Daily from 8 am to 2 pm (Closed on Fridays)
- Al Khamis Mosque and Visitors Center: Daily from 9 am to 5 pm (closed on Mondays)
- Tree of Life: Daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Archaeologies of Green Bahrain Pavilion: daily from 10 am to 6 pm (closed on Wednesdays)
- Al- Khalifiyah Library: Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm. (Closed on Fridays)
In the same context, the BACA stressed that these new timings have been determined accordingly,  in line with visitors’ traffic and statistics of visits to these sites in order to achieve the required efficiency and provide better services.
