H.E Shaikha Mai Bids Farewell to the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Bahrain

H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities (BACA) President, received, on 11 March 2019, the outgoing Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Bahrain, H.E Bakyt Batyrshayev.

H.E welcomed H.E Kazakhstan’s ambassador and thanked the Ambassador for his tireless efforts to strengthen the bilateral cultural relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and  Republic of Kazakhstan. H.E also noted the efforts exerted by the ambassador to enhance the relations between the two countries,  wishing him success.

During the meeting, H.E stressed the importance of culture in the development of societies and achieving sustainable development goals, as well as building bridges of communication,  friendships and fruitful cooperation between peoples and civilizations.  

H.E Ambassador Bakyt Batyrshayev,  for his part, praised H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa’s strenuous efforts to enhance the  cultural activities in Bahrain, expressing admiration for the wonderful work undergone by Bahrain’s Authority for  Culture & Antiquities to make Bahrain a world culture hub, a citadel of peace at the cross-roads of many world cultures and civilizations. H.E wished Bahrain Culture Authority  further  historical and cultural progress achievements.
