While the whole world is heading towards an enhanced online media presence since the coronavirus outbreak, enriching the virtual space with all sorts of science and knowledge-based literature addressed to the increasing social needs amid the social distancing measures, Bahrain Culture Authority is stepping up its efforts to connect with public by revisiting its E-library as part of its pioneer vision, offering an array of cultural and educational variety of attractive events and shows via its online websites.

BACA’s E-Library has been recently updated by the latest publications by Bahrain Culture Authority, whether books, manuals or other forms of printed materials, that will certainly satisfy the tastes of all culture lovers, shedding light on many intellectual cultural topics, articles by famous writers and academicians from Bahrain, the Arab world and the elsewhere, eloquently presented and collected by Al-Bahrain Al Thaqafiya, (Bahrain Cultural Magazine), a trimestral magazine published by BACA.  In addition, Bahrain Ta’a al Shabab Festival offers the opportunity to discover the latest different publications by “Atayaf” book, shedding light every year on a symbolic creature intellectual and culture Arab personality.
Fine and Plastic Art lovers can also find their favorite art manifestations documented in a number of booklets depicting previous and current art shows and exhibitions hosted by Bahrain Culture, such as the Bahrain Annual Fine Arts Exhibition, “What Night Does” by Abdulrahim Sharif, the exhibition by the Sudanese artist Rashid Diab “Beyond Silence,” and others.

In addition, those who are interested in discovering the heritage sites and cultural destinations hotspots can find their satisfaction in a number of booklets documenting the most important sites with detailed introductory notes and unique panoramic pictures and illustrations. Children have not been excluded by Bahrain Culture Authority’s E-Library, offering our little ones a series of an amazing short stories published by Micro-Schools Project.   

The Kingdom of Bahrain’s Cultural achievements and major endeavors achievements with bright success between 2012- 2013 are made available for you in the magazines published by Bahrain Culture Authority, during the celebration of Manama as the Capital of Arab Culture, and Capital of Arab Tourism Capital the year after. Most significant annual cultural events organized by BACA throughout the year, such as Bahrain International Music Festival, Bahrain Summer Festival, and Bahrain International Book Fair, are also well illustrated and documented in a number of booklets and printouts. 
In addition, Bahrain Culture Authority continues to carry out its work plan strategy, masterminding a visionary endeavor transforming the actual daily activities into virtual reality shows and events. In fact, Bahrain Culture Authority started as early as last week to implement this vision by offering an array of cultural and educational events via its educational portal and other websites on a daily basis. BACA’s e-content is widely versified ranging between exhibitions, world –class concerts, virtual visits to historical sites, museums, visitor centers and shows, documentary films, and interactive activities for the all ages public.
