H.E Shaikha Mai Receives Minister of Youth & Sports Affairs, Latest developments of Bahrain Club Muharraq project discussed
Her Excellency Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, received His Excellency Aymen Tawfiq Almoayyed, Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs, on 6 December 2020, to discuss the latest developments of the Bahrain Club project in Muharraq.
During the meeting, H.E Shaikha Mai thanked the Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs for his efforts and determination to contribute to the the kingdom’s civilisational and cultural bright image at all levels, including sports and his keenness to restore the urban and cultural identity of Bahrain Club, being an integral part of the distinguished urban texture of Muharraq. In addition, the meeting cast light on a number of issues related to Muharraq Club project, including the initial project blueprint plan.
The Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs, for his part, expressed his thanks to H. E Shaikha Mai for her relentless efforts to promote Bahrain’s culture and civilization, asserting that that the Bahrain Club project will add value and is expected to bring about a qualitative leap in the cultural and sport infrastructure projects of the city of Muharraq. Al-Moayyed also voiced his constant readiness to cooperate with BACA in any endeavor aimed at enhancing the cultural scene and the pioneering civilizational movement in the kingdom.
