H.E Shaikha Mai Receives Bahrain’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation
Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, received His Excellency Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Saati, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation, at her office today, on 2nd February, 2021, where the two parties exchanged ways to enhance cultural cooperation between Bahrain and Russia.
During the meeting, H.E Shaikha Mai stressed the importance of the crucial role played by Bahraini ambassadors in projecting the beautiful image of Bahrain to the world, particularly countries with which Bahrain enjoys solid relations, such as Russian federation. H.E. underscored the importance of Bahraini - Russian bilateral relations in light of established historical relations and the importance of promoting them towards broader horizons in cultural, economic, and trade fields in a way that benefits both countries. BACA’s President added that Russia has always been present in the cultural scene in Bahrain through many art exhibitions, music concerts, ballets, and museum exhibitions shows over the past years.
His Excellency, Ambassador Ahmad Al-Saati, for his part, expressed sincere thanks to BACA’s President for her role central in enriching the cultural movement in Bahrain, affirming his constant readiness to support BACA’s efforts to achieve its cultural strategy, and increase its presence in Russia, which will contribute towards the promotion of bilateral relations.
