H.E Shaikha Mai Receives MP,Zainab Abdul Ameer
Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, received the Member of Parliament, Ms. Zainab Abdul Amir, member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee at the Council of Representatives, on 4 February 2021. The meeting discussed ways and means enhance cooperation in favor of promoting the best interests of Bahrain and its t of the country and its citizens, as well as a number of other related issues.
H.E Shaikha Mai welcomed Deputy Ms. Abdul Ameer, lauding the effective cooperation between various government entities to enhance sustainable development in every aspect of life and all fields. In addition, H.E Shaikha Mai briefed her guest about BACA’s plans and programs being carried out currently, including construction projects and preparations for Expo Dubai 2020 and the relentless efforts made by Bahrain culture Authority to limit the effects of Covid-19 pandemic and the necessary appropriate precautionary health measures and procedures taken.
Ms. Zainab Abdul Amir, for her part, thanked H.E Shaikha Mai, President of Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities, for the efforts deployed to enhance Bahrain’s cultural infrastructure and promote its exceptional historical heritage assets worldwide.
