Khalid Farhan
Obtained a Bachelors Degree in Arts Education, University of Cairo, and Member of the Arab Artists Group, Cairo, 2001. First participation in the Bahrain Arts Society exhibitions in 1997, then he participated in many regional and international exhibition, such as, Port Said International Sculpture Biennale”, Hyrka and Oman international sculpture, symposiums, Muscat. The artist had a solo exhibition in 2005 titled “ Satirs of Hope” accompanied by musician Mohammad Haddad. Worth to mention, Farhan obtained the second prize of University Sculpture Youth, Cairo.
The artistic experience of the sculptor Khalid Farhan integrates the negative and the positive in some of his works, and their relation with the making of plants. His works of art depends on the wood, stone and brass and they are characterized by the making of spheres and hemisphere is apparent in his works which means the duality between two persons of among other group.
