Since the birth of idea of beauty in this world, things started to have a meaning; roads lead to the house or vice versa but nobody gets lost. The universe now speaks less about sadness, about absence, about no houses, about the lifetime years fading as if stagnant. Our world is doing more things now for the sake of hope, survival, high quality sadness, for the sake of speechless or monolingual people who believe that art is the only exist to safe place.
Since God has started to paint his love all over the universe and his creations, putting a color in everything and entrusted the artist with a creative masterpiece gift, every idea he shapes or falls off his head becomes a beautiful creation with a potential for happy life or silence. A beautiful creation with a capacity to resist ugliness, capacity to feel calmness and knowledge or madness and unawareness.
This time, the idea was to awake the world out of atrocities of war and its hell, and from the hideous crimes committed outside. Waking up means that we start to dream, to change things, to give the world other reasons for love, truthfulness, amazement, crying and gentleness. The first idea that says that this world is not lifeless and static, and that the artist has the right to reshape it, has also the right to herald a waking new bright happy year, that is baptized “Your Destination Bahrain”. During this year, art will be the beautiful house of culture, art will be our little trick to walk a new path…to tell the world that this country breath well and healthy, and that its artists have a creator’s beautiful
good hands that never miss the target.
By the way, beauty is not logical, but art is the truest logic of this idea.
