Punch Needle Embroidery Workshop

Al Jasra Handicrafts Centre will organise a workshop on Punch Needle Embroidery. Participants will be learning how to use a blotting needle to produce various works of art, such as embroidery on bags, and making artistic cup coasters and medals.

Workshop details:

• Explanation of the tools used.
• How to print the design on fabric
• Techniques and basics of using needles.
• The way to complete and close the work.
• Practical application.

Workshop outcome:

• An artwork of the trainee’s choice (cup coaster, bag, medal).
