Bahrain’s identity has always been closely tied to palm trees. As a source of food and shelter, the palm tree has always been an indispensable element in the lives of Bahrainis. In an initiative to reinterpret the use of palm leaves and introduce new sustainable ways of living, please join us (Ages 10 to 15) for the Palm Tree Papermaking Workshop which will teach the children how to make their own handmade papers, cards, notebooks, and illustrations.
