“Table & Chair” competition aims to explore possible table and chair designs and to understand aesthetic and functional qualities of works of art/design. By taking into consideration Form, Function and Ergonomics, we encourage more "innovative, sustainable and versatile" submissions.
We chose the “Table & Chair” as the design object because they have the greatest capacity of any individual furniture to 'reinvent' themselves.
Recycle/Upcycle is encouraged. Submissions should reflect research, data collected and design process. Registration is open for three months and the winners will be announced in September.
