Al Jasra Handicrafts Center is holding a Crochet stiches basics workshop. In fact, Crochet also known as knitting, is winding a thread with small needles that have a hooked shape known as yarns, which are usually wool, silk, or cotton. It's a favorite technique for many needle workers, because its yarn stitches allow you to create beautiful home decor accessories from tablecloths and bedspreads to doilies and delicate edgings. This versatile technique also produces fashion items such as vests, sweaters, mittens and hats, scarves as well as a myriad of adorable items just for babies.
This workshop is 8 hours duration course and its open to participants for the vaccinated individuals and individuals recovered from COVID-19 only. Proof of both must be provided by presenting the green shield via the “BeAware” application. The workshop will be held both in Arabic and English.
