Mosaic Mirror Workshop

Al-Jasra Handicrafts Center, in collaboration with Meraki Art Space is organizing Mosaic Mirror Workshop. The Mosaic is a kind of beautiful art, which shows accuracy and beauty at the same time, it’s called mosaic when decorating a surface by arranging small, regular or irregular pieces of stones, glass and ceramics

Workshop topics include:

• Learn about the art of mosaic, its history and its origins
• Learn about mosaic tools
• How to use the mosaic cutter
• Learn job design skills
• How to select the right mix of tiles, designs, adhesives and dividers and the various techniques of shaping and grouting tiles

Workshop Outcomes:
Create a mirror decorated with mosaic tiles.

Age: 18 and above.
Language: English & Arabic
Registration is limited to those who have been vaccinated and recovered from the Covid-19 and have the Green Shield.
