Al-Jasra Handicrafts Center, in collaboration with Meraki Art Space is organizing Mosaic Tray Workshop. The participants will be working on a wooden tray that will be decorated with colorful mosaic tiles.
Workshop topics include:
• Introduction to types of mosaic tiles
• Introduction to types of glue
• Introduction to types of cutters
• Learn how to use cutters/nippers
• Learn how to cut different shapes
• Learn how to follow and cover pattern with mosaic tiles
• Learn how to mix grout and fill the gaps
Workshop Outcomes:
A beautiful tray decorated by mosaic tiles.
Age: 18 and above.
