Online Workshop: Islamic Art in Jewelry design

With the celebration of the International Day of Islamic Art, Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, in cooperation with Noor Designer, organizing a two-hour online workshop in Islamic art, jewelry design and the manufacturing process of jewelries, the participants will design and color a pendant using the attached template.

Workshop Topics:

1. Introduction to Islamic art 
2. Inspired by Islamic art
3. Principles in designing Jewelry 
4. Rendering the Jewelry piece 
5. Open for discussion 

Prepare the following:

• Brush size 0
• Gouache or watercolor ( black + white + any color of your choice for the stones )
• Toned paper A4 size, thickness 80 lb (118 g/m2) (Please print the template on this paper)
