Jasmonite Workshop

Details of the Workshop:

Al Jasra Handicrafts Center is organizing a workshop on the Jasmonite is an environmentally friendly material, and is a safe alternative to glass fibers. Jasmonite art is modern art on the Arabian Gulf region and is practiced on a very narrow scale that people don’t know about it.  Jasmonite is used in the industry of many things such as pots, decorations, accessories, etc.

 In the Jismonite course, the trainee will be taught details and secrets of applying Jismonite and for the first time we will reveal the secrets of making Jismonite molds.

Workshop topics include:

•  The trainee learns the basics of jasmonite
• The trainer learns the material used in Jasmonite
• Presenting the jesmonite affects and uses in our life
• Train the trainee to decorate the jesmonite products.
• Train the trainee to use specific materials to isolate the Jesmonite surfaces from the water and the dust affects.
• Give the trainee the whole information about the places/ Websites to buy the necessary jesmonite's raw materials which will help him / her to start his / her business.

 Workshop Outcomes:

•  Training the trainee to make flowers pot, an incense holder, coaster & a medal
• Workshop fees (including all tools)

 Age: 14 years old and above
