Palm Tree Paper Making Workshop

Details of the Workshop:

Al Jasra Handicrafts Center is organizing a Palm Leaves Paper Making. Bahrain’s identity has always been closely tied to palm trees. As a source of food and shelter, the palm tree has always been an indispensable element in the lives of Bahrainis. In an initiative to reinterpretو the use of palm leaves and introduce new sustainable ways of living

Workshop topics include:

• Explain how paper works from the dough using special frames for it.
• The trainers will be learning how to make their own handmade papers, cards, notebooks, and illustrations

 Workshop Outcomes:

 The products from hand-made paper are extensive, such as business cards, invitations and greeting cards, pictures.

Age: 14 years old and above

Language:  English & Arabic

• Workshop fees (including all tools)
