Woodcut printing is an ancient manual printing technique where shapes and drawings are intricately carved onto the surface. Portions are cut and removed using chisels or cutting tools, resulting in white engraved sections in the final print. The remaining uncarved areas appear colored with ink, allowing the production of multiple identical copies from this template. Join us on at Ali Merza’s studio for a hands-on exploration of this timeless craft. Limited spots available
