The Young Artisan - Puppet Making

Workshop Overview:

As part of the Young Artisan program, Al Jasra Handicrafts Centre is hosting a Puppet Making workshop. The dolls that were made by the elders reflect the distinct Bahraini folk heritage with its fabrics and method of weaving.

Workshop Topics:

• Stitching and stuffing dolls
• Making the correct clothes
• Adding the finishing touches to dolls
