The Ministry of Culture celebrates living traditions through Ramadhaniyat Souq at Bab Al-Bahrain. Ramadhaniyat includes a range of shops and kiosks selling an array of innovative Bahraini products and handicrafts, both traditional and modern. Live folk music concerts are also held as part of this annual celebration held during the Holy Month of Ramadan. As part of this cultural extravaganza, special family-friendly events and activities are hosted by Bab Al-Bahrain as well as Qala’at Al-Bahrain Museum at 9:00 PM on July 10th to celebrate gergaoun night (middle of Ramadan).
