Asma Lamnawar is a Moroccan singer born in Casablanca, a city famous for its rich and unique cultural heritage. Over her career, she released four chart-topping albums and singles, including duets with the likes of Kazim Al-Saher, Abu Bakr Salem, Ali bin Mohammed, Abdullah Al-Ruweished, Rashid Al-Majed, and Hussain Al-Jasmi.
The skilled singer, who has lent her captivating voice to many famous poems, is a frequent performer in top music festivals in the Arab world and beyond, and is adept in singing in many dialects. In June 2013, she was the public’s choice as winner of the Morocco Music Awards.
