A delightful performance by the Gansu Province Long Theatre Art Troupe, hosted by the Embassy of People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Bahrain , in collaboration with the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities .
The Gansu Academy of Longju Opera, formerly the Longju Opera House of Gansu Province, the only one of its kind in China and the only member institution of China Association for Modern Drama and China Association for Cultural Promotion, was started in 1959 and in the 50 years have established itself as one of China’s best opera performing centers with its many quality works produced and honors awarded.
