An Egyptian film directed by Henry Barakat, based on a novel of the same name by Youssef Idris (1959). The film was nominated for the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 1965.
The film critique culture and the society different classes of the Bashat at the time through the story that begins when sheikh Abdulmutallab finds a newborn fetus next to a tree. The film starring: Faten Hamama, Zaki Rustam and Abdullah Ghaith.
