“I consider myself on a journey set to explore and replicate textures on canvas. So over the past several years I have developed an affection for textures which has created a major shift in my artistic style and art appreciation. Through this interesting passion I created over 50 artworks (and still going) without using traditional brushes. I utilize unconventional tools such as forks, spoons, sponges, olive oil, grease, soap, etc. paintings are made with minimum preparation; I use straight from the tube painting style and color mixing on the canvas.”
