In daylight, we leave our homes. We visit gardens, see the desert and stand by the sea shore. We embrace the blue sky with our eyes and submerge our senses in nature between palm trees and branches bearing fruit.
Surrounded by all that is green, and the warmth of air infused with Jasmin and roses, daylight is announced by birds singing. Their melodies around us while we pick fruit, touch the leaves, stealing their aroma, tasting them, picking them to take home for a recipe.
In daylight, we find hope, we let go of sorrow, and smile again. Don’t hurry back home, behind walls, because daylight becomes joyous when you are outside.
