In one of the oldest parts of Suq Al Muharraq, Suq Al Qaysariyyah opens after its re-development through a two-day event, taking place on Saturday and Sunday, 15th and 16th of May, where the contemporary shops designed by Studio Anne Holtrop, will host a pop-up fashion and jewelry stores, cafés and more in the heart of the historic venue.
The Suq, located within the Pearling Path - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, has five buildings that are part of the Path. some of which are the Siyadi shops, a representative of the small shop typology, which constituted most of the Suq character.
