The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, in collaboration with Flee Company, organizes an outstanding evening of culture to be held at the pearling path visitor center, on 28 November 2021, at 7:00 pm. flee is happy to present its latest project "nahma: a gulf polyphony for its gulf premiere here at the pearling path. The propjet is a multimedia initiative focusing on the music and sounds of pearl divers, this sonic and editorial collegial work seeks to honour the memory of the valiant free-divers who scrambled the sea depths in research of the valuable pearls in extreme conditions.

The evening of culture also features a brief presentation of the works and the research led by the flee collective, as well as a panel discussion, will be held with some of the contributors to the book in the presence of Talal Matar (Mattar Jewelers), Hasan Hujairi, Noura Al Sayeh and Olivier Duport (Flee Company). The discussions will shed light on fijjri art and to close the night, Hasan Hujairi will be performing the sweetest traditional fijjri music.
