Like writing history, the Bahrain National Museum, repository of more than 6000 years of Bahrain’s history, collects and assembles fragments of the past and carefully re-contextualizes them into a narrative of the present. the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, in celebration of its inauguration by the Late His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Emir of the country, May God Bless his soul, and on the occasion of the "Bahrain National Holidays", schedules a series of amazing festive events to be on National Day celebrations, on 15, 16, 17 December, 2022. The following events venues are:
-A festive event to be held outdoors in the courtyard of the Bahrain National Museum, on Thursday and Friday, 15 & December 2022, from 5:00 pm to 9 pm. The celebration includes musical performances, popular recipes and foods, and a lecture in cooperation with the Gulf University in the museum’s Lecture Hall.
- A fun entertaining program in cooperation with "Kashta Tours”, on Saturday, December 17, starting from Qala’at al - Bahrain Fort site at 3:00 pm- 9 pm. The program includes a visit to the Tree of Life and the surrounding areas, hiking in the Sakhir area, pleasure walk and bicycle riding.
- An evening of music performed by talented artist Mohammed Aseeri's band at the Qala'at al-Bahrain site museum, near the "Green Bar Café", on Saturday, December 17, from 6 to 9 pm.
