Well-known throughout the world as healthy, refined, and visually pleasing food, sushi epitomizes washoku – Japanese cuisine, which UNESCO has inscribed on its Intangible Cultural Heritage List. Touring the world, this exhibition uses sushi, one of Japan’s most recognizable symbols, to showcase its rich and unique food culture.

This exhibition is in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Japan Foundation.
