The Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities (BACA) invites individuals and entities specialized in children's education in the fields of arts, culture, theater, music, science, technology other creative arts present in the Kingdom of Bahrain to join the team of workshops conductors at Nakool tent- during Bahrain Summer Festival 2017. 

Please note that BACA will receive requests until the 27th of May 2017 through the following link: www.culture.gov.bh. The applicants must attach a CV including all the qualifications and experience, a proposal of the workshop, in addition to photos documenting any previous workshops. Worth to mention that workshops will Target children ages 4 to 15 Years.

Each year Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities celebrates summer in a different and special way. Through its annual Summer Festival program, which lasts for a whole month, Nakhool Tent opens its doors to welcome all families in a single location, presenting an array of activities and cultural and recreational programs in a an inventive and enjoyable creative atmosphere.

This year, the dedicated kid-friendly zone of the festival is located in a tent at the Bahrain National Museum all month. Here, you’ll find plenty of artistic activities, creative workshops and competitions for kids to get involved in. Children need to be aged two and above, but otherwise it’s totally open to the public and completely free to enter. All other scheduled performances are taking place at the Cultural Hall in the same complex.

Nakhool Tent 2017, which will be set next to Bahrain Fort Site Museum, will shed light this year, celebrated by Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities as “Our Year of Archeology”, on the universal heritage for humanity and story tells the glorious civilizations of this land in a different, unique and recreational style for family and children.
