Design Your Own Dilmuni Seal Workshop, At Bahrain National Museum
Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities is keen to present the best educational and entertaining programs and events for children through a series of workshops and activities, Therefore, Bahrain National Museum welcomes again “The Stamp Seal: Hallmark of Dilmun and its Hidden Art” workshop whereby children will learn about the function and uses of the stamp seals during the Dilmun Period in Bahrain during a guided visit to the newly opened exhibition “The Stamp Seal: Hallmark of Dilmun and its Hidden Art” at the Bahrain National Museum. Each participate will create and design his/her own seal and get inspired by the designs and motifs used by the Dilmun people to personalize their seals 5000 years ago.
This workshop is for kids from 6–10 years old, book your seats and register today through BACA’s website BACA’s website on www.culture.gov.bh .. The workshop will be held on 13 October 2018, and will be re-scheduled every month during the current exhibition.
During this workshop, children will have the opportunity to learn about the different functions and uses of the stamp seals during the deeply-rooted civilization of Dilmun Period in Bahrain.
