Bab al Bahrain Hosts Handicrafts Market as Part of “ 5 PM. AT Bab” Events
Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities continues to present its most new challenging cultural , “ 5 PM At Bab”, every Thursday at 5:00 p.m. On 1 November 2018, lovers will enjoy “ Handicrafts Market”.
In this event, a number of Bahraini traditional craftsmen will display their handmade products to the public along with a live musical performance. Unique and genuine crafts, such as pearl diving trades, pottery and basket-making will be displayed for the public by craftsmen.
On 8 November 2018, “ Food At Bab” event will be organized where live culture activities will be held at the façade of Bab al Bahrain ( Souq’s side), admiring an array of cultural events, music, crafts, artifacts, arts and foods. “ Food At Al-Bab” event invites the public to taste all sorts of foods offered while enjoying music performances.
Worth to mention that Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities organizes, in the heart of Bab Al-Bahrain, specifically in its front outdoor space (the market area), a weekly activity every Thursday at 5:00 pm, including various cultural activities from music to handicrafts, heritage, arts and food. This event is open to the public; all are invited to participate and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
