Bahrain National Theater Concert In Honor of Khalid Al Shaikh, Virgin Mega Store “Alongside You” Concert Tickets almost sold out
The 14th Edition of the Spring of Culture Festival lovers still have the golden opportunity to attend the long-awaited live music concert “Alongside You", which is held in Honor of the Bahraini artist Khalid al-Shaikh, at Bahrain National Theater on 28 March 2019 at 8:00 pm. In an exceptional festive music event, in honour of the talented Bahraini artist, Khalid Al Shaikh in a special performance will perform a number of songs that were part of his musical experience. Singers Adel Mahmoud, Mohammed Al Tamimi and Mohammed Rabia will be participating in the concert, accompanied by the Bahrain Music Band.
In the minds of the Arab world and specifically in the Gulf region, the phrase "Alongside me – or – by my side" is associated with the emergence of the artist Khalid Al Shaikh in the music industry through his breakthrough song. This special performance, which is named after this song, "Alongside You", celebrates his journey throughout the music industry. Bahraini icon Khalid Al Shaikh is considered as one of the most distinguished Arab artists who have shaped the identity of modern Arabic song. His unique artistic sensibility enabled him to collaborate with all types of voices and create new kinds of music compositions. The concert’ name “ Alongside You” comes from his famous song, “ Whenever you are by my side”.
