National Theater “Don Giovanni: Freiburg Baroque Orchestra” Concert’s Tickets On Sale
Bahrain National Theater continues to enrich the diversified 14th Edition of the Spring of Culture Festival’s agenda and allure lovers of highly refined music and art, whereby it will host, on 4 April 2019, ”Don Giovanni” opera, regarded as “the opera to beat all operas”. The concert’s tickets are on sale at Virgin Megastore at Bahrain City Centre or via e-email at : http://www.virginmegastore.me.
The Mozart masterpiece is simultaneously full of farce and innuendo and seriousness and drama underscored by music that couldn’t be more thrilling. The opera is led by renowned Belgian conductor René Jacobs, on another hand Jacobs leads baritones Johannes Weisser and Robert Gleadow’s commanding stage presence in role of the two male leads, and the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra who he affords the opportunity to exhibit its full potential and never deteriorate into a mere accessory; a background for the singers to show off in front of. The opera is also accompanied by Camerata Vocale Freiburg Choir.
