H.E Shaikha Mai Receives CEO of Edamah
H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammad Al- Khalifa, President of Bahrain Culture & Antiquities Authority (BACA) received on 9 October 2019, Mr. Amin Al Arrayed Edamah CEO, to coordinate efforts to preserve and incorporate traditional cultural elements into development projects.
During the meeting, H.E reviewed with her guest the prominent ongoing cultural projects, the visionary strategy of Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities for the next ten years. H.E also lauded the cooperation with Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), yielding many fruitful heritage safeguarding projects, such as Bab la Bahrain development project.
Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, for his part, praised H.E Shaikha Mai for BACA’s constant efforts to implement cultural infrastructure projects, especially in the old city of Manama, an icon of genuine symbol of cultural and universal historical melting pot. Al Arrayed reiterated Edamah’s constant readiness to cooperate with BACA with regard to future projects that would make Bahrain a citadel of cultural and civilizational achievements and outstanding historical records.
