H.E Bahrain Culture Authority’s President Receives Dr. Mohammed Mubarak bin Dainah
Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, received His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Mubarak bin Dainah, the Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, CEO of the Supreme Council for the Environment, at the Authority’s headquarters on 28 February 2021. Both parties discussed ways of cooperation in order to improve the beauty of the urban landscape of the cities of the Kingdom of Bahrain, through a number of projects for afforestation in various compounds, streets and places around Bahrain.
H.E Shaikha Mai praised the constructive and constant cooperation between the Culture Authority and the Supreme Council for the Environment, expressing her sincere thanks to the Council for its efforts to preserve and safeguard the natural and environmental assets of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa stressed the importance of coordinating efforts and merging endeavors for all parties in order to enhance the beauty of urban areas in the Kingdom, in line with the cultural infrastructure projects, which would certainly attract local, regional and international attention and bring support to sustainable development efforts.
Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Dainah, has, for his part, expressed his sincere thanks to Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, for her strenuous efforts deployed to promote the unique historical and cultural landmarks and special characteristics of our beloved kingdom. Bin Dainah asserted the deep commitment of the Supreme Council for the Environment to cooperate with Bahrain Culture Authority constantly in order to carry out and implement projects that would support and boost Bahrain’s cultural and natural infrastructure and shed lights on its authentic unique civilizational identity.
