The 13th edition of the Bahrain Summer Festival continues to dazzle its lovey loyal public for the second week and invite them to enjoy a series of entreating creative art workshops. The second week events will feature three workshops to be organized, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in the Kingdom of Bahrain. On the 11 July at 5:00 pm, there will be an amazing creative Hyperrealism Art Using Charcoal and Graphite. This workshop offers a step-by-step guide on the fundamentals of hyper realistic art. Over 16 years-old participants will learn the materials used to achieve this artistic technique in creating lifelike images.
The second workshop will take place on 14 July and sheds lights on Coffee Art painting, whereby over 12 years-old participants will discover a unique and creative art form, painting on canvases using coffee, along with a demonstration on its proper techniques.
The third workshop, “Mixed Media Art” will be held on 16 July. 6-10 all kids participating in this workshop will learn how to create artworks using mixed mediums available at home like paper, farm, masking tapes, combs and other ordinary materials.
The 2021 Bahrain Summer Festival coincides with this year's program of BACA, entitled "Pearling Path", and is held between July 1st and 31st. As every year, Bahrain Summer Festival offers a multitude of exciting workshops for children short story writing activities for all age categories, exciting music concerts and cultural events. The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities extends its thanks and gratitude to the participants in the Bahrain Summer Festival 2021, starting with the Ministry of Interior, which participates in the festival through the police band and Watani magazine, as well as the National Human Rights Institution for its participation in the festival with educational activities for children, and the Supreme Council for the Environment. BACA extends its thanks also to all the embassies that contributed to enriching the festival program, namely the embassy of the French Republic, Allianz Francaise, embassy of the Italian Republic, the United States of America embassy, the People's Republic of China embassy, the State of Palestine embassy , the Russian Federati on embassy, the Arab Republic of Egypt embassy, and the Republic of the Philippines embassy.
