H.E Shaikha Mai Receives Economic Development Board’s Advisor, H.E: Need for a shared cooperation efforts highlighted for the sake of Bahrain’s successful participation at Expo Dubai 2020
H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, received in her office on 31st March 2021, His Excellency Mr. Iain Lindsay, Advisor to the Economic Development Board, whereby both parties discussed ways of enhancing cooperation between the two entities.
H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa said that the well- established cooperation efforts between Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities have yielded, over the decade, a set of fruitful cultural projects, which have contributed to Bahrain’s historical development and promotion on world stage. Indeed, Bahrain Culture Authority as a strategic partner with EDB with regard the organization of Spring of Culture Festival over the last previous years, is now working closely with the EDB to make the Kingdom of Bahrain’s participation at Dubai Expo 2020, ( scheduled to be held in October 2021), a bright success.
Mr. Iain Lindsay, who brings a wealth of experience, for his part, lauded the outstanding and constant efforts and great deeds of Bahrain Culture Authority to develop and revolutionize the cultural movement scene in Bahrain, asserting his willingness to continue cooperation with BACA for more captivating and bright cultural and historical achievements.
