H.E Shaikha Mai Receives GFH Financial Group CEO
Development of the cultural scene discussed
President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received today, 13 September 2021, in her office, Mr. Hesham Ahmed Al Rayes, the Chief Executive and member of the Board of Directors of GFH Financial Group. They discussed ways of boosting cooperation to promote the cultural movement in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
H.E Shaikha Mai Mohammed Al Khalifa stressed the importance of role played by the private sector to develop and promote cultural and historical major achievements in Bahrain, and the need for synergized efforts to promote the bright image of Bahrain worldwide, lauding contribution of GFH Financial Group to the cultural scene in Bahrain. In addition, both sides discussed issues of common interest and ways of achieving a number of future cultural projects.
For his part, Al Rayes thanked Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa for her unrelenting efforts to preserve the kingdom’s heritage and promote cultural action and endeavors in Bahrain. Al-Rayes asserted that private-public partnership in cultural affairs would certainly contribute to increasing development of historical cultural projects and safeguard cult5ural heritage, underlining constant support to BACA’s programs aimed at promoting Bahrain’s image on world stage.
