Historical relations between brotherly nations highlighted

H.E Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities welcomed in her office, on Wednesday the 8th of September, His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the United Arab of Emirates, in order to discuss ways of enhancing the cultural cooperation between the two  brotherly countries.

During the meeting, H.E Shaikha Mai stressed the importance and key role played by ambassadors in carrying out successful and effective diplomatic work actions work in enhancing and strengthening relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the rest of the world. H.E also lauded the role played by his Excellency, ambassador Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa in further anchoring developing the historical cultural relations between Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. H.E Shaikha Mai briefed the ambassador about the latest developments regarding the Bahrain National Pavilion at Expo Dubai 2020, and BACA’s preparations awaiting the official opening of this prestigious global event, scheduled to be held in the beginning of next month.

Bahrain’s ambassador to the UAE, for his part, expressed thanks to H.E Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa for her efforts to promote the kingdom’s cultural image, affirming his constant support for BACA’s projects and programs, as well as for the kingdom’s participation at Expo 2020 Dubai.
