H.E Shaikha Mai Receives the Newly-Appointed Bahraini Ambassador to Syria, His Excellency Waheed Mubarak Sayyar.
H.E Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, received in her office, on 4 April 2022, His Excellency Mr. Waheed Mubarak Sayyar, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Syrian Arab Republic.
H.E Shaikha Mai congratulated the Bahraini ambassador on his appointment, wishing him every success in his diplomatic missions, stressing the importance of productive and successful diplomatic work that contributes to strengthening cultural relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the brotherly Arab countries. In addition, H.E emphasized the depth of the ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Syrian Arab Republic, hoping that the coming days would bear joint cultural projects.
For his part, Ambassador Sayyar thanked H.E Shaikha Mai for her continuous work to enhance Bahrain's position as a civilized and cultural center, expressing his readiness to cooperate with the authority in order to achieve cultural projects between Bahrain and Syria.
