As part of the 14th edition of the Bahrain Summer Festival's continuous cultural events, the Cultural Hall hosted so far a number of amazing music concerts and thrilling theater shows. After the classical music concert from Bahrain, the captivating, high-energy experiments, the British “Brainiac Remixed Live, the Cultural Hall hosted, and in collaboration with the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Kingdom of Bahrain, “The Little Lantern” theatre show.
In addition, the Culture Hall, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Kingdom of Bahrain, hosted the Korean crew “MAKERS” presenting a unique show exploring the main events and features within the contemporary history of Korea, from historical movements to the globally acclaimed K-Pop genre. The show featured the B-boy dance crew “MAKERS” and traditional Korean music artist Kim Yeonjin. MAKERS is the assembled group of b-boy MB Crew and WAAKIPS, an all-female street dance crew, Beatbox NAZ, and Korean traditional music singer Kim Yeonjin. Together, the team re-enacted the best of Korean life to change the historical events that made Korea today as we know it.
On 17 July, the Cultural Hall hosted an amazing flamingo magic dance show, bringing the culture of Spain to the Kingdom of Bahrain with the rhythmic dances and melodies of Flamenco, audiences are guided on a journey with guitarist Salvi from Cádiz, and professional flamenco dancer Yaiza delos Muros from Barcelona.
Indeed, the Bahrain Summer Festival continues in its fourteenth edition until the end of July, between the Bahrain National Museum, the Cultural Hall, and the Arts Center, which hosts a variety of educational and cultural workshops suitable for those above 7 years and older. This event is free of charge and will begin at 8 pm.
